Studio Lighting Advanced

Our studio lighting course is designed for students who already have an understanding of studio photography and may have already attended our
studio basics course. This course will cover advanced lighting setups and techniques and uses of light modifiers.
The main aim of this course is to give you a deep understanding of lighting and how to craft light. Although this is a studio course the techniques you learn can be applied in any situation.
There will be 3 models who present for the duration of the day. The course will start at the very beginning with a single light, building up to multiple light setups with the use of barn doors, grids, honeycombs, reflectors, gels etc. You will be photographing these models at every stage allowing you to see the effect that each light and modifier creates as you progress through the day.
You will get a model release form that will allow you to use all images taken on the course for your portfolio.
