Terms and Conditions

Photography Courses UK will endeavour to make your photography course as enjoyable as possible. We will do our utmost to see that you get the best from your time with us and return home with a better working knowledge of your chosen genre of photography.

Weather

Unfortunately there are some things we cannot control, such as the weather, travel or unforeseen circumstances. If any of our outdoor courses are unable to run due to weather we will always try to run the course at an indoor location. If this is not possible and the course has to be cancelled you will be offered the choice of another course date or a full refund. Please note that refunds could take upto 28 days to complete.

Health

Please view our activity levels which are listed in the right column on course pages. This indicates how much walking will be involved during the course. If you have amy health conditions we would suggest contacting your doctor before enrolling on any of our courses.

Insurance & Camera Equipment

It is advisable that you have adequate insurance for your own photographic equipment, we do have public liability insurance but this will not cover your equipment. During our courses your equipment may be subject to the elements or accidental damage. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your photographic equipment or belongings whilst participating on one of our courses.

Travel & Accommodation

Although we are happy to help arrange and organise your travel and hotels for your stay, we are not responsible for the food, service, accommodation or flights. Should you have any difficulties or problems with travel and accommodation we will do our best to solve these for you but we do not accept responsibility for them. Our course fees are for the course only and the travel fees are separate and only collected to assist you with your travel bookings.

Payment, Deposit and Cancellation

Fees for courses are to be paid in full 7 days before the course begins. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the course date you will incur a cancellation fee of 25% unless your place can be filled. If you cancel your booking and give us notice before the final 7 days we will offer you a place on an alternative course date (subject to availability) or give you a gift voucher that can be redeemed against a future course.
